A nice app does some things quite well unless you have an award flight. Then it will keep asking for skywards number but won't save it (one example of minor flaws). ---------------------- Above was my original rating. I keep discovering more and more problems, not just with the app but also with their computer system and customer service.

Despite having a valid ticket and arriving on time, I was denied boarding without any proper explanation. The staff were dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me stranded in a foreign airport. Customer service was no better—long hold times, no solutions, and no accountability. I had to spend extra money on last-minute arrangements while dealing with immense stress. For an airline claiming to be world-class, this is unacceptable. Passengers deserve better.

not very user friendly. For example: try to get a boarding card, you first have to "my trip", next you have to pick your flight, next you have to go to check-in, from there you can finally access the boarding pass. perhaps it works better if you do your check-in in the app.
